Another year, another description of me contemplating, researching, and failing to ever fully remember or understand why seemingly people eat corned beef on this specific holiday. Speaking of "Holiday" and Green. Green Day is a good band.

A fair selection of eggs are cracked into a pan, and then unrelentingly scrambled to beyond recognition. Regarded as "the" optimal way to experience eggs by a select group of people... A group that likely finds themselves often targeted with threats of physical violence.
